Light bulb's life span....?

When do you need to replace your light bulbs? Even if they don't burn out, I know I need to replace them, but I didn't know how often...

the only bulbs you need to replace before they actually burn out are the UVB bulbs. and they should be replaced roughly every 6-8months. the regular heat/basking bulbs do not need to be replaced untill they burn up unless you have a mercury vapor bulb.
