You are not really supposed to because they can bite your beardie. I wouldn't recommend it. My first dragon would tend to leave leftovers and I removed them before bedtime. My new dragon doesn't leave anything in his tank so I haven't had to do that with him yet.
Yea she leaves a few in there every once and awhile and I'm always worried but I never notice anything wrong with her. I think I'll start removing the ones she leaves behind just to put me at ease. Thank you.
Sometimes when I feed my beardie turk roaches I lose one in there cause those suckers are fast. If I cant find them I just put a piece of veggie in a corner or somewhere so they leave my beardie alone until I find them lol
Lol I've never tried any type of roaches. If my parents ever found out that I voluntarily brought roaches into the house. They would flip! But I hear they are one of the best feeders.
Yea I use dubia roaches. They are slow and wont bite your beardie. Red Runners aka Turks remind me of aliens and kind of creep me out plus they are like greased lightning and a lot smaller than dubias.
I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
