Is this poop normal?

I've noticed these little things in his poop and idk what it is. Anyone know?

It looks normal but a little dry. Try dripping water onto his nose if he doesn't drink from a bowl. Also, if you noticed undigested food in his poop, his temps may not be high enough for proper digestion to take place. What is his basking temp? Cool end temp? And what are you measuring the temps with?

I'm pretty sure his temps are too high bc I have a 100 watt and it's usually like 114 so I have a 75 watt that I put in when it gets too hot. His cool side is around 75-80. I measure it with a thermometer that goes inside his tank with the thing.. idk what it's called but it goes right on his basking spot

do yourself a favor and go to home depot and get a lamp switch dimmer. that way you can put the 100 watt in and fun it down to temps you need and you won't have to keep swapping bulbs
