Is this little mark on her mouth anything to worry about?

I don't see a mark in the photo. It looks like her nose and chin may be going into shed though so perhaps it's related to that.

Aside from the shed that Cooper mentioned do you mean the little " cleft chin" or dimple like indentation and odd scale on the tip of her nose ? If so, those are normal.
