They get darker to absorb more heat and they’re usually super bright when basking. Beardies come in all sorts of colors! Yours is so cute

Aw I didn’t even realize he was missing a leg! My friend has a rescue beardie with only a stubby tail and she’s the funniest thing when she runs around.
