Is this a good UVB light?

It’s a ZooMed Reptisun T5 HO 24-watt 10.0 UVB tube light...I’ll try to upload a picture.

Yes, that is a good UVB bulb

The t5's are much stronger than the t8 bulbs, so make sure you have it at the proper distance to your basking site.

12~ inches from the basking site unobstructed.
If it's ontop of a screen top, you want it around 8 inches from the basking site.
This is assuming your fixture has a reflector also.
