I noticed this :

On his leg today.

And I also noticed his front legs are two different shades

I am hoping he is gonna shed soon and it not be some kind of skin issue.... someone help me feel better, please.

Hi there...yes, the body usually sheds in different areas unevenly, very common and not a problem. For the wee little red spot you can use some watered down betadine [ 1 part to 10 pars water ] to dab ob 2-3X a day or raw honey [ like from a health store ] which is a natural antimicrobial. If you use honey, be SURE not to leave any loose crickets in the tank, they'd try to eat at the spot with the honey.

By the way, how much does he eat, he looks just a bit thin.

Will diluted chlorhexidine 2% work as well...I already have that....

He eats very little veggies, I leave fresh in his tank 2x a day, but only really eats when handfed. And even then it's usually just a little bit of squash at a time. And he usually will eat 10 - 17 medium gutloaded crickets dusted with rephasy 2x a day.
He is rather small....we rescued him from the owner on Craigslist about a 3 wks ago. She told us he was 2 yrs old...but he is only 11.5 inches long, and he seems to be missing a bit of his tail. She had him in a 10 gallon tank with a uvb coil bulb, a nighttime bulb, and a red heat lamp. We have him in a 40 gallon breeder tank with a reptisun t5 10 tube, a halogen basking bulb, and every now and again a che on a thermostat. We bathe him every other day and he poops usually then in the tub. Recently he has been pooping in his tank today and yesterday. My boyfriend says he looks as if he has grown out...his stomach, sides, head and beard. But no length as of yet. ALOT of the times he may look thin because of the picture...hopefully.
