How to Wash Sand

sand harbors bacteria plus I don't think you can wash it

I would go all tile it's safer and less of a hassle to deall with

Yea you really can't wash it. It's basically changing it out once a mth to do it right. Sand is a huge pain in the butt to be honest and like the above poster said can harbor some unwanted things in it. I recommend against it.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
