How did you name your beardie?

well maxwell does not have a fun name i got him off craigslist from a lady that recently bought two for her daughter for a birthday present and of course had them housed together in sand!!..GRR anyways long story short even though the little girl tried her hardest to care for both one kept eating more food then the other and was too much work, so her mom had her pick one to sell, and despite her moms decision and advice she wanted to get rid of the male which she named max the female was named scout so i bought max from them on december 11th, 2009 at 7 months old and promised her i would not change his name, although i made it more formal from max to maxwell although hes called, max, maxwell, maximus and lizzard face lol but hes my baby and im very attached!!

All of my reptiles (listed in my signature) are named after fruits that have the same colors as them.

Pineapple, Mango, Durian, and Dragonfruit. :lol:

Daedalus - I didn't name her, the original owner though she was a he. But it's stuck and seems to fit her pretty well

Scully - I named her after Agent Dana Scully from the X-files! I just picked the name because I like it (and the X-files obviously) and everyone was like "oooh, cause Scully has red hair and your dragon has red scales!" So that was an unintentional added bonus, lol

I got zora before slim passed away and the day she passed my niece came up with her pregnant mom and was looking up names in the baby name book she looked up zora and it means a new dawn kind of fitting completely by accident

My son named our new boy RuGaard from the E.E. Knight series Age of Fire. We call Ru for short. It fits too cause he jumps around like a kangaroo

Mudskipper, our babies will be half siblings! I'm getting my Georgie x Rocket baby Thursday! I'm so excited.... ive been waiting since it was a wee lil eggling. Back in May. Cute name...are you getting a male or female? I still have no clue what the beardie stork is bringing me...no name yet either :mrgreen:
