hornworm food

Has anyone ever ordered dry hornworm food and then made the food? I just got my order of hornworm food (a packet of dry food) but realized I don't know how much water to add to it or what to do with it. Any ideas?

You need to contact the vendor for instructions. If it's Great Lakes, they'll email back quickly.

I agree ..if it's Great lakes they always answer my emails at 6am.....I recently ordered some hornworms from them...they were huge!..Max loved them like you have no idea. Gonna give the egg kit they sell a try and try and grow some of my own. :mrgreen:

great lakes is one of the best dealers i have ever come across. I just ordered their special of 1000 supers and it comes with a free cup of 16 horns. Excellent customer service and quality product. Also, they answer emails quickly and are very personable. I will continue to talk these guys up for many weeks to come. I have been dealing with Great Lakes for several months and will only buy from them now that they have supers.

I order my hornworms from Great Lakes as well and have always been very impressed with the worms and service. And my lizards love the worms!
