Head twitching

Within the last hour my dragon has been twitching his head. Does anyone know what this could be? It's not bopping his head, more like a twitch at an angle.

What kind of uvb are you using? could it be seizures?

I have a 125w SolarGlo. It's a heat and UVB into one. It didn't remind me of a seizure at all, more like a dog twitching its head to shake it a little bit. And it was only a few times and then a little bit over a few hours. The rest of his body didn't move just neck/head.

I'm heading to the vet today, so I'll be sure to ask him. He was fine the rest of the night. Went to sleep his one of his odd positions. This morning it's been reported to me he ate some of his daily salad and is basking currently.
