So I’m cleaning Jaxon’s tank and what do I find.... his food underneath. We just thought he was eating super fast but noooooooo. They were hiding from him. How can we prevent this? We have the reptile carpet.

Get rid of the reptile carpet and get some non adhesive shelf liner. Which also makes a good liner for tile to put on top. The non adhesive shelf liner is cheap, easy to clean & bugs can’t hide under it.

For worms / maggots , use a worm escape proof dish.

For crickets & roaches & locusts , only drop 2 or 3 bugs in at a time, let the dragon eat them, repeat until dragon has lost interest.

Thank you. I will try this before buying anything else.
