What does it mean when you have a female beardie who does a slow headbob?

If you are talking about the slow downward bob, we call it more of a bow. The girls will bow to show submissiveness to males, especially when they see that dark black beard. They are pretty much acknowledging the males presence as being more dominant. Not all females will do it, there's always one in the crowd that will bob like a male, darken her beard and take him head on for the dominant role.

My Bearded Dragon also head bobs occasionally and I think it's a female, and can it be because of a reflection on the glass?

I don't know. My girl only does it when she's with a male. I guess it is submissive behavior. *shrug*

It could be because of their reflections. However I have two adult females, and one head bobbed at the other right before they attacked each other one night. Both my girls will black beard occasionally as well. I think if there are no males around to inhibit females' dominance then it will come out lol.
