Dry cricket gut loader

anyone know how to make a good one with out 100 recipes like were baking a cake

Coffee grounder
oats (non flavored)
bread crusts
dry dog/cat food
Grind it all up and there you go

so i have made some gut loader today
i used:
cat food
oatmeal
bread crumbs
dried bananas
and nuts
as soon as i put it into the tank they wer all over it

Great! Also what I do, I feed my beardie greens such as collared greens and kale. Basically every type of green has the rough stems. These can't be fed to your beardie so instead of just tossing them, set those on top of your gutload. Just adds some different nutrition.
