dragon stands on hein legs!!! Wahh?!?!?

One of the first morning's I had my beardie he was standing in his water bowl on hind legs leaning up against the glass. I was shocked hahaha :lol:

I third the motion! Thats it get new substrate.. Really though, it is dying her skin as seen in the picture. I am also having a hard time with what to use. I tried that repti bark cypress which he liked but I noticed he was stretching out alot so I got rid of it thinking maybe he ingested some. So now I am back to repti carpet. I know it holds bacteria but I keep it clean and replace every month or two. When he gets bigger I plan on going with tile and a small sandbox for play or poop whichever he prefers.. Great looking Beardie though, good luck with her.

Oh I know when I got him, he came with sand substrate and I didn't know how bad it was yet. Im getting a reti-carpet tomorrow and right now Im building him a new tank that will have tiling in it. Plus sand is annoying I hate dealing with it, he always gets it in his water bowl and its hard to clean after he poops....
