It is a known fact that your dragon can get parasites from crickets (not all of them) if kept properly there is less of a chance then if they are kept in other dead crickets, eating fellow crickets etc.. worms however have had little to no known cases of casing parasite infestation in bearded dragons.

If someone knows of any please point them out. I haven't ever heard of any feeder worms carrying parasites that transfer to bearded dragons.

I think I'm going to switch over to worms. Is there a difference between phoenix and reptile worms?

Some may say size, some may say price but, really there is no difference in the worm. Both are black solder fly larvae.

Can I feed either of these worms and avoid crickets totally?
Yes.

If you decide to staple feed BSF larvae, there should be a change in calcium supplementation. As these feeders are high in calcium themselves and require less supplementation. If feeding these as a staple you can dust with calcium 1-3 times a week depending on the dragons intake. Over supplementation of calcium can result in calcium deposits on the dragons bones.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
