crickets and spinach

I have to questions about feeding. How many crickets should i feed my baby bearded dragon per day, and is it ok to feed him spinach

Hello,

feed ur baby all the crix he can eat in a 10-15 min period twice a day.

dont feed spinach because it stops him absorbing calcium.

you should also dust the crix in calcium 5x a week..

Feed him mustard greens, turnip greens, dandelion greens, endive, escarole, and butternut squash! all of those things you should be able to find at any large grocery store. Good luck!
