I emailed her asking her to do the right things at least until she sells him and told her what was need I would take him but I have 6 righ now and can afford to buy him.

I have 6 also, so I understand why you couldn't take this one. I don't know anyone in VT, sadly. I tried to get the pair that was in IL recently and posted as needing rescue, but my contact up there coudln't find anyone to take them. *sigh* It is just so sad to see stuff like this. That beardie you posted looks absolutely adorable and doesn't look like it is messed up YET. Wish someone would take it.
