Cold nights for Beardies in the UK

I have noticed that many of you are from the USA and so you guys will have colder winters than me in the UK, what is the best heat source to use at night during the winter and at what point do you use them, Thanks Mel

A ceramic Heat Emitter, you only need to use one if your temps drop below 65F. They don't give off light therefore they don't interrupt sleep.
