Changing tank's furnishings

Hi everyone. I have two question. First is it good to change the furnishing in the tank?
Second if yes how offten should i change it?

In general, at a minimum, you want a basking spot and place for them to hide. "Furnishings" are generally more for you than the lizard. You can change them as often as you want / feel like it. The only think you'd want to watch out for is for the BD getting stressed from it's new surroundings. Unless you are changing everything, to the point where it's like being in a new enclosure every time, it's probably nothing to worry about.
