Can you take your beardies out after they eat?

I have read that beardies need to be able to sit for about 2 hours after eating. Can you take them out and let them just chill on you during this time or should they be under the heat lights?

They need to spend the two hours under the basking lamp. Very important for them to digest properly.

If it is really hot out and sunny you can take them outside with you to relax. they real sun and high temps are good for them. otherwise let them bask for 2 hours.
