Ello guys I know this seems like a dumb question... but I was recently diagnosed with pneumonia so I was wondering if I could pass it to my dragons?

depends if it's a viral or bacterial infection.
Any bacterial infection can potentially be transited from animal to animal, unless they have their own defense in place for that specific bacteria. IE: cows can carry e-coli, lizards can carry salmonella, humans can carry MRSA.

if it's viral than no, way less common, like bird flu, swine flu

Your beardie won't catch your respiratory infection. A pet bird could, but not your lizard.
