Campbell Jane *Very Sad News*

Sandi.... I am so sorry.... I don't even know what to say.... but I know nothing anyone can say can help much. I can't believe our dear Miss CJ is gone.... you did so much for her! I've read most of the thread, and it seems you pulled her away from the very brink of death.

But, now Campbell Jane is up in the field by the Rainbow Bridge, playing with all our other passed beardies. Who knows? Maybe she'll befriend Reggie up there. And now, she feels no more pain, and she has no worries.

If you need to talk, I'm here. You helped me when Reggie passed, and I'm more than willing to lend you a hand.

I have been following this thread from the beginning and have read all that you did for Campbell Jane. I am so sorry for your loss. At least you know she is not suffering and she knew how much you loved her. You really did everything you could! I am so sorry for your loss.

Sandi, CJ was such an inspiration to everyone. She fought the good fight and her life was so much better because of you.
I am trying so very hard not to cry because I'm at work (but I don't think it's working).

I'm sure I don't have to tell you that we are all here for you. And we will be waiting to see who Jasper AND CJ send to you next. Double trouble those two :wink:

I followed this thread a little bit recently and I just wanted to say I am so sorry for your loss with CJ, and Jasper. I wish I could offer some words of kindness but I dont really know what to say. Just know you gave CJ a much better life than she was living before, and Im sure she felt all the love you poured into her everyday.I will be thinking of you, *hugs*

Oh Sandi, we're so sorry to hear that Miss CJ has passed, she was a wonderful beardie and loved you very much, we could tell as she looked and felt better and better. You gave her a life that she would never have known if it weren't for you and your generous spirit and lover for her. Just know Jasper and Miss CJ are in our hearts, never to be forgotten. You're in our prayers, Sandi, that you realize you were an angel to Miss CJ. She will be sorely missed.

"I'm so sad to hear that Miss CJ has passed away. Mom told me about Jasper and the Rainbow Bridge, so I know they're together now, watching over you. That's what loved beardies do. I'm glad I got to know Miss CJ, she was wonderful, sassy and colourful and just everything good in a beardie. Bless you, Miss Sandi, that you took such good care of her. She had the happiest time in her life, living with you and your family, especially the cat! I really enjoyed those pictures, it showed Miss CJ off at good times. Miss CJ, you will always be in my heart.

Sandi I'm so sad for you I know you tried so hard to fill CJ's life with love and quality. I thought if I waited a couple of hours after reading the bad news that I'd beable to post some words of comfort....but I really can't.

Sandi, I am so sorry. I know Miss CJ truly appreciated everything you'd done for her, from taking her in to nursing her from the brink of death to giving her the most love any beardie could ever ask for.
We all knew that she really tried to get well, but her tired little body just couldn't fight anymore. As much as she wanted to keep fighting, she knew it was her time to retire.


May Miss CJ find our beloved Jasper over the Rainbow Bridge, and may their precious souls continue to watch over you.

I am so, so sorry..... You cared for her so well, and gave her so much love, working so very hard to make her well... I am so upset as I write this, that I'm in tears as well, so I can only imagine the emptiness that you're feeling right now......

I know that this won't help much today, but, as time passes, try to remember that her last months with you were probably her most happy ones, with a comfortable home, good food, lots of fresh air and days in the warm sunshine, and most of all, filled with love. So many of them NEVER have that.

Although Cammie's life was much shorter than it should have been, the time that she had with you was worth a lifetime of love. She's with Jasper now, and he'll take care of her, and love her, until you can all be together again.

I know I speak for everyone on here when I say that we all loved her, with her stubborn little spirit, that refused to give up. She will never be forgotten...

If you need to talk, or need a shoulder to cry on, we're all here for you, for as long as it takes.
