Calcium needs

Ok so I got the calcium powder and a UVB lightbulb and if she eats about 1 bowl of Karl a day and each bowl is sprinkled with the powder,does she need the UVB bulb?

She needs constant UVB (although they can go weeks without it).

Kale is not recommended as it is calcium-binding (makes it difficult for them to digest calcium)

Calcium is needed daily with very young beardies, without D3. In adults, 3 times a week is what I hear.

Yes, she will still need a good UVB light or she wont be able to absorb her calcium without having any UVB exposure.
We recommend the Reptisun 10 tube bulb or the Arcadia D3 12% either one. Which one did you get her?

<<< I used to dust the greens for my lizards, I stopped doing this on my Herp Vets advice , only necessary to dust the insects (LIGHTLY) with calcium. I try to give greens which are rich in calcium and have a Ca/P > 2.
,does she need the UVB bulb?
<<<< yes a good quality uvb source rated at least 10%uvb and 30%uva is mandatory for a bearded dragon to be healthy.
