Well I believe my beardie went through brumation from last October to May...
He would poop once a week and a couple times it was like 4 weeks in between. He just wanted to hide all day. He might wake up, have his eyes open, but would just stay in his hide, and nap in between...and go back to sleep.
I heard from my breeder you can just leave the lights on. I think I put the lights off for a couple weeks at one point before I asked him.
It would be up and down. He would
usually get up once a week, bask, poop, have a couple bugs, bask, and I would give him a
bath/water for 5-10 min and that'd be it. He would go straight back to hide until next week...
I recommend spritzing/syringe bottled water along their nose and see if they want to lick any up.
My beardie came out of brumation the very next day after I gave him (some) coconut water and Repta boost as I felt summer was here and he was still lazy. It fixed him up good. Both products have electrolytes. Don't know if it was coincidence or not.
It's not that bad, you'll be fine.
