Yup, it was good, he pooped today instead.
I was so tired last night that I didnt tell you that Veronica signed a card for me (you have to pay $25 for an autograph) but she did it for free! So awesome! I'm following Karan on Facebook.

Yup, Broly gave me no mess to clean up. That's awesome of him. I heard juvies were in constant shed no matter the size of cage (not saying he's in a small cage) but he seems to be slowing down on sheds. Reptisun 10 tube is 1 month old so thats not it. He eats well and poops are ok (occasional runny one it's rare). I think he's turning out to be small 16 3/7" dragon so not like he's 9" long. I'm really ok with that at least he's big enough to snuggle. If he does slow down and stop eating how do I give supplements? He needs it 5x a week on one meal and vitamin 2x a week one meal...just how do I do that?

So I'm going to Portland again in November which my dad and brother will have to take care of Broly as I am going to a horror con just mom and I. My sister doesnt like cons too many people crowds are not her thing. She should have known cons have lots of people all of them do. So this time since I love horror movies and it's me and mom only..it will be more fun without my sister ruining it with her nasty attitude towards us not other people. Hell she used the F word in her text to me at this last one because she couldn't find us because the officials kicked us out of the room for Freddy Kruger's line was too long. I couldn't tell the officials no Im not moving. Seriously things like that, she needs to not go and effing curse at me in text form because people stress her out. A lot of people do the same to me but Im not cursing at anyone god...so without her this time I will stand in whatever line I want and not get cursed at for being removed into the hall. She can be a B at times like really bad. She agreed she won't go ever again good, she made me miserable and Asperger's doesnt make it much easier on me already hard to not stay on one subject and talk for hours on it to someone who doesn't care. I have have a service dog that helps against anxiety that people can give just by being pissed off at me. Hes a german shepherd and named Tiger (did not name him) hes great at helping out. Broly loves him (and he doesn't like our dogs). Tiger doesnt get up and bark multiple times a day he does however bark to get my family's attention if they're home if not he just nudges my hand to let me know hes there.

One out of 5 yellow tangs died...damn! She wasn't ill or at least didn't appear to have problems. I buried her in the yard. My damsels are doing fine no other problems with anyone else. So 4 yellow tangs and 5 damsels. My snowflake eel is fine he comes out sometimes. I often wonder if he is alive :lol:. I see him under some coral rock. He doesn't bother the fish he gets fed well. He was 4" and now he's 9" long got him a few weeks ago. I have 3 clown fish I may be overstocked and that probably killed her but Im not adding anymore at this time.

Broly is doing well slowly creeping his way to 17" long. Eats well and all. Fat pads on the head finally showed up, beard is bigger. Few more "freckles" as we call them on the body.
I freak out at first thinking bacterial/fungal infection but they're not. He does have days that he just can't hold in water and has unformed poop or releasing water (not a lot) with bowels. I gave him his bath and he gave me a smaller poop yesterday..I think he just wanted out so to spite me he pushes a small poop to get me to get him out he did poop bigger that morning. Brat!

Broly was funny on Saturday morning. I was getting his p.worms ready to be eaten and I put the bowl in and he jumped over his log (not a high jump) landed on his wrist..luckily, did not break but he did limp around Saturday afternoon no black beard or colors (still happy colors) so he rested that day and went to he went to bed at 7pm. Sunday was a bit better as he was walking more a tiny limp not as bad as Saturday. No swelling of any kind and still no black beard or color he ate more and was able to get to his food more than Saturday which was sit it right in front of him. Today, he's not limping as much and no swelling. Can barely tell he is today then over the weekend. He'll probably never jump for food again and he hasn't LOL. No poop and he hasn't since Saturday so I may bust out a warmer bath today (instead of tomorrow) or give him warm baby food(prunes) if that doesn't work or pumpkin or sugar free applesauce.

Poor Broly, so anxious for his foot and hurt himself. Glad it wasn't a big sprain and that he's doing better today. No more jumping for your food Broly!

You take such good care of him :love5: I can't give mine baths, but I did give them water today, at least I did for Gabriel and Castiel, they sure were thirsty. Nathaniel went back into his hide this am, he's hardly eaten, so I think he just wanted to warm himself up a bit. Cierra is still sound asleep. I'm going to give Leo a bath tomorrow, I can handle 1 beardie, just not all of them yet.

Oops I meant no poop since Friday. If it was Saturday I wouldn't be so nervous about no poop. He did go in a wamer bath so no need to bust any laxatives. Baths seem to make him sleepy. I gave him at 4 then wanted to feed at 4:30 but I found him mouth a crack open sleeping..he did lift himself to eat then under the log he went.
Half of his body on the cool side which is 83* and his head and chest on hot side...104*. He learned his lesson he hasn't jumped since Sat am thats for sure. He shedding a leg and back of his head to the neck base. He'll bask tomorrow am when I turn the lights on he's really not into it. As for the mouth crack open he does it but no wheezing or clicks when he breathes I've been keeping an ear out so as long as I hear nothing coming out of breathing I won't worry why he has his mouth open a crack. He only does it when comfortable getting to sleep not doing it awake all the
time. I think he does it when he's comfortable because when he's awake I don't see it happening only when he's getting ready for bed and does not during the night at least I don't see it when I get him up. Hes not hanging his mouth open and no noise when he breaths..Alucard taught me what RI sounds like clicks when breathing and mouth cracked open (he didnt hang his mouth open) most of the time.

It was scary it wasn't funny at first. I saw limp Sat afternoon and was like "oh gosh are you ok?" He showed no pain. Noticed he was fine just a limp and I said "you'll never do that again will you?" Thank you, Deb I do my best to keep RI and other illnesses at bay.

We are all anxious parents with our beardies at times. After Alucard I can't blame you for keeping such a close eye on Broly, but he's a healthy dragon, that's for sure.

Yeah, no wheezing so no RI. He's 247g as of this week. He was 240 last week..he only gained 7g but that's ok it's normal for him to gain 7 but he has gained 14g last week.
Which is why hes in the 240s range. He'll be in the 250s next week. Man it's gotten cold that at night Im moving the CHE to where his basking light sits (obviously moving basking light to the other side while it's off) that his tank sits on the 65-68 by morning and the che on the other side obviously not reaching the dragon's sleeping area (which is the basking area). Che sits on the cool side keeping it 83*. I check him everyday for anything not supposed to be there ie yellow fungus (or any fungal) or bacterial infections. Hes totally happy and healthy.

So I was letting him out and one of the dogs knock paper off the table, Broly runs over and eats a corner no bigger than the space between eyes. I measured the spot he bit. If he's anything like Vash, paper will just pass through next time that and paper falls apart when wet and we all know that. So I measured last night he is 17" now! Definitely puberty hit, he bit me four times and I was only taking his bowl out or poop. He did poop. I know he's not hungry he already ate breakfast. He's shedding more parts now seems to be one eye that joined the fun. Body, parts of tail, back of head, beard and neck and two legs and now one eye is crusty looking. I should be happy his eyes dont shed much.

I made a ramp in the living room with a Powersun (only used one month for Alucard) that Broly uses only on the ramp. I'm using Deb's idea for her 5 dragons. I'm not ready to show it off yet, it's still being constructed ATM. I let him out to walk everyday even if it's short he's the one to go back in his tank he loves to want to go back. He also did a pile (not runny) of poop on the kitchen floor and my mom found out and said "why did you let him do that?! Clean it up now!" Yeah..like I was gonna leave it there. I disinfected the spot and I did not let him he had to go Im not gonna pick him up in the middle of pooping he'll stop going if I do that. He had a bath and one leg finally finished. He hit 17 1/2" now so the growth spurt is back! Not a year old yet and I wonder how big in length he'll be almost passing Vash and he was only 18" long in the end. Awesome if he hit 20" long.
He passed the paper BTW.

Wow, he sure is getting big. Once he's at 18" he'll be as long as Leo, Gabriel, Nathaniel and Cierra! So he'll be bypassing them and then we'll see who's longer, Castiel or Broly. This is so exciting! Yes, they poop where they are. Leo poops every morning, just about, so if it's sunny and I let him sit in the sun on the Lazyboy, he gets a towel underneath him. Gabriel ususally waits until he's back in his tank or in his bath.

Thanks for the picture, he's so bit now I wouldn't have recognized him. Sweet boy. You're such a good mom. I hope he likes the ramp, that was a good idea to put the Power Sun up there. Let me know how it goes. My crew love the ramp

He is pretty huge, so hard to believe that is the same tiny dragon at the front page of this thread. His poo has returned to logs so he was over hydrated better than dehydrated. So I let him out earlier today my cats did nothing but he got in to defense mode black beard too but no stress marks. Puffed up. Jack (one of the cats) who did nothing but sit behind him but then he ran quick under a table where I got him out even though he wanted to run again. He had his mouth open running at another cat who just sat there. I am aware cats have this instinct to kill so I am never leaving them alone with Broly. Broly wanted to show cats whose boss though he hid under a table with hissing sounds. I picked him up and calmed him down and he loved it no one hurt him he shouldn't be traumatized. He did a limp like someone hurt him and I just looked at him and he looked at me then at the cats then walked normal I was like "aww you wanted to be hurt so I can baby you?" This was before I picked him up. He did discover his unfinished ramp and sat there for like 15 minutes till my dad and the growling truck came home he still remembers the truck being the growling thing. My dad walked in Broly with his head lowered so he doesn't see him like before he said "Broly, grandson what are you playing?" he then lifted his head up and basked under the Powersun. He loves playing hide n seek with grandpa.

Thanks Deb, it's turning out well. He's too big to hide under small places now. I even trimmed his nails I know what I'm doing after all I did it with Vash and no dangers of him bleeding. I do have cornstarch though just in case I hear it stops bleeding. Hoping Broly lives to 12 years old maybe more Vash pooped out at 10 1/2 years old this April he was going to be 11.

Lonzo made it to 11 1/2 but he had health issues, too. Vash lived a good long life, so Broly probably will, too,

Yes, he finally accepted the thought of a grandson lizard.
He wasnt on board at all and said "he's a pet" to my mom who calls herself grandma in front of Broly. I never argue with my dad I let him say whatever he wants and I just keep my mouth shut. He's totally on board as most grandparents have human grandkids and only some have reptile grandkids. Broly does fine around the house after the cats done nothing at least in front of me to my son. My sister has a son so my dad has human and reptile grandsons. He loves eating he ate 65 crickets today for breakfast, lunch was a bowl of mustard greens (he really doesn't like collard) with a yellow bell pepper and apples (rare treat though it's occasional on the list) and dinner was 34 roaches. He's all set till tomorrow gonna cut up some more greens tonight for tomorrow possibly Thursday will be set for salads too.
Got some more crix set up my colony is really going well for both roaches and crix.

Deb, I bet you Vash and Lonzo are causing some mischeif. Haha and having Alucard a part of it.
