Probably not a good idea to start breeding until you have a few years of ownership under your belt first.
There's a lot that goes into breeding. It's hard to find buyers, especially for normals like Smudge, there's the expenses of buying all the proper equipment, and you'd need to have enough money to provide for up to 80 babies (costs you probably won't recover from the sales). Plus there's extra risks such as egg binding (more common for dragons bred too young), and injuries of a failed mating. It will also take a lot of your time, and you'll want to have a lot of experience and knowledge to know what to do if/when something goes wrong or one of the dragons gets sick. Not to mention the vet bills to ensure optimal health before breeding as well as making sure all the babies are checked before they're sold.
It's also best to breed animals that have breeder papers to begin with. That way an owner knows exactly what the babies are and isn't just guessing.
There's so much to learn in just the day-to-day care of a dragon before breeding even starts to become an option.
I'm not discouraging you from ever breeding, but I highly suggest that it not be your priority in animal ownership, at least not for a few years.
I see you're fairly new here, so keep researching as much as you can; there's a lot to learn! Even after almost two years of beardie ownership, I'm still nowhere near ready to handle the responsibilities involved with breeding, despite having two that are itching to give it a go!
Best of luck!

Hello, thanks for the reply. I do understand where you are coming from and its prob gonna be a while till I breed them anyway, but also we arent planning on breeding Smudge because she was my first bearded dragon ect and shes still very young for that :p We recently got another dragon named barry who has his certificates with him, his parents were Red Citrus and Citrus Tiger Het Trans, Anyways thanks again for the reply it helped alot :D

What are your intentions for breeding? Im you can also consider only incubating and raising a couple of babies. Less mouths to feed and homes to find.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
