Bok-Choy/Pak Choy

i have just bought some Pak Choy(Bok Choy). its simillair lookin to celery. do i feed him the bulb bit at the bottom or the leaves on the top? or both?? thankyou

We feed our girls the green leaf part. The other part at the bottom is good to eat yourself (or so Bill keeps telling me) and we also give that to the superworms so they will have something to eat that gives them some liquid.

I would. We fed the crickets we used to use the same greens we fed to our girls, just not quite as fresh as what we fed them. Crickets eat anything and everything, including each other.
