I'm not sure, but on another note, AVOID Mealworms. They are hard to digest and increase the risk of impaction.

That's not what the vet told me !... And no where across ontario has silkies or horned worms, I went into town the other last night to get some horned and silkies , and the guy told me that no one has any across ontario... And he hasnt been wanting to anything else!... I am always very careful , I won't feed him unless he has been up and awake and near or under the basking light for 3 hours, and then once I feed him , I dont take him out for another 3 :)... And I have been giving him 5 at the most!!! And I do my best to space them out every 10 mins , so over the course of an hour I feed him , and I have been doing the every other day .... befor I would only give these guys as treats! But since he hasnt been eating and I can only give him so much repta-boost and he's such a picky eater when it comes down to the staple greens!!!

It could be from a number of issues -- dehydration (straining to poop), improper digestion, internal injuries, etc.

What had he been eating lately and what size was the poop? Was it really dry and hard? How was the urate?

I don't believe it's from dehydration cause I offer Capone Water Daily, I offer it to him from a syringe , I make sure its 80-85 dgr in temp, and he usally takes in 80 cc... Some days he doesn't want it tho.... It could be straining to poo!?... The last week and a half I have been having a hard time getting him to eat his crickets, so I have been giving him meal worms every other day 5 at a time I have been dusting them like I would crickets 3x a week calcium and 1x week vitamins , and collards daily as I said befor water... And because he hasnt been taking the crickets I have been offering meal worms, as I said above...No where across Ontario has any, and I am not certain if a shipment would last.... I know that meal worms are supposed to be a treat, but dont know if any other worms would even been a stable food?... I've always given him crickets, he usally would eat anywhere from 20- 25 every other day , I would offer every day, but he wouldnt take to it... I went into the vet yesterday and had him checked out... She said over all he looks in really good health. The results from his stool are supposed to come back today, I'll then know if it is perisite or not?... I was thinking the slow down in his eating habbits had something to do with brumation, he was also under his hide alot. As soon as I seen the blood, I amidiately made an appointment for him at the vets.
Today he seem's much better, he passed a bowel movement unfortautenly I wasn't there to see it , but there didn't look to be any blood like there was, but it most definately wasn't a normal poo, it was watery, and definately smaller than normal, , it looked to have a puttle of water? The white thing was really broken up , and a darker colour then my smaller guy ( that is in a different tank ) .... Capone hasn't had much in his system cause , everyone is telling me meal worms are no good, and then I hear from the vet and other people that meal worms are fine so long as your tempautre in your tank is good, and you make sure that you give you dragon enough time to heat up befor eating, and time to stay warm after eating, and because he hasnt been going for the crickets that why I believe it was such a small amount of actual poo. Today he finally ate 10 crickets! She did say that they arnt supposed to be a staple , but if right now that's all he is taking too ( this was yesterday ) then continue , but don't offer to much .... and if need be make sure you give him a warm bath daily to help him pass a movement!

So the results are in and he has 4+ Isospora and Pin Worms 3++... I am going to talk to the vet tomorrow about the medication she is going to perscribe , hoping it isn't to expensive! But the 160.00 for the vet visit ,test and gas money was well worth it! At least I now know for sure he has something and I can help him!!!! PPL DONT HESITATE TO BRING YOUR LITTLE GUY IN WHEN YOU SEE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN HIS BEHAVIOR!!!! OR BLOOD IN HIS STOOL!!!!

Thank goodness you took Capone to see the vet. I'm sure the combination of being infected with parasites and eating mealworms did a number on his digestive system.

Don't be surprised his appetite decreases a little while on the antibiotics. It's a normal side effect. A lot of people here supplement their beardie's diet during this time with a probiotic like natural soy yogurt.

Okay , Ill be sure to look for some when I go to the grocery store, should I start that befor he starts the anti-biotics?.. And do you have any suggestions on medication , I hear that "albon", isnt a good one.... Is this true?...
I am guessing I am going to need to bring in another stool sample,do you think I am going to need to bring Capone to the vet again. Im in Canada and it's snowing here, it's darn cold!!! And to be honest , he didnt seem to like the whole procedure, Im wondering do you think they will want me to bring him in again... Considering that she said he looked in pretty good health, obviously if I see no improvement then I'll bring him in for another check up, but I can afforid 160 twice.... It's only 42 for the stool check , that's no biggie for me , and I am guessing the medication is going to be somewhere around 30-50 with shipping... I can affoird 100 ... but for me to come up 200 again , would be difficult. Clearly I am going to explain this all to her , and hope she is going to understanding... So far so good , she's mailing me the med's and they don't like to normally do that!
Worse case sinario I am going to looking into a payment plan , thru "petcard"... Have you heard of them?
And do you know how to add picture`s on here lol :)

You asked me a question above about the urate?.. I am curious?... What is the urate supposed to truley look like ... Speaking of this I am going to try to look it up via-"google"! .... Is the urate supposed to be hard soft, completly white? Cause I have another 4 month old bearded dragon , in a different tank! And his poo doesnt seem to be running and I have been trying to look through it ... but my hubby grabed one of his poo's out and said the urate was a little hard, I didn't get a chance to touch it?... But am definately going to the next time he goes to the bathroom!... I am wondering should I get a dose for my little guy as well?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
