Black dots underside of body

Hi Ive noticed some little black dots on my beardie and was wondering if anyone could let me know what it is or if I should be concerned.

How old is he? It looks to me like normal color changes some BDs experience as they grow/mature.

I agree. Those are normal. I think of them like freckles. My dragon has them too =)
