Beardie Handling

How often are you suppose to be handling a beardie?

I usually don't handle mine too often. During the week, I only handle him for baths or if he wants to come out, I will take him out for 10-15 mins. On weekends, if he wakes up before lights on, I will usually take him out and hold him until lights on which is usually 30 min to an hour. Also if he looks like he is ready for sleep or if he wants to come out at night, I take him out then. I try not to handle him too much during the day because he is usually basking and I want to make sure he is getting his basking time/uv in. Also, I don't want him to poop on me haha.
