Ron Paul is so diligent in trying to wake people up. He has been saying the same thing for over 40 years. I agree with everything he has to say, but most people don't have enough sense to understand most of what he has to say.

I've upgraded to an iron helmet with lead lining. It works much better.

For those of you who were active in helping stop SOPA here is another form of internet suppression I'd like to direct your attention to.

This is worth a few seconds of your time. Twitter feels that censorship is okay because they need to 'match the contours of freedom of expression' in other countries. If you read the article on Chinese artist and activist Ai Weiwei, just out today, then you can see just one of the immediate affects this is likely to have. Twitter was a tool in reaching people who wished to protest all across the Middle East. Of course governments are leery of it!

Oh our government is SO wonderful, aren't they? NOT!
This will likely not go over well. They are trying to turn the US into a communistic dictatorship type of country, with no free speech.

This is exactly why I don't hang out on the internet. This is the first site I've been to that I can get great information, be with good people and enjoy being here. Every other site I've ever tried to be sociable on turns into an 8th grade girl drama fest with nothing but nasty, snippy people.

And now... all these sites are joining in with the government. I would be wanting to scream if I was involved with Twitter. Ok... I want to scream anyway, but still... you get my point.

I just want to say that I am proud this forum participated in the SOPA and PIPA fight. I know I'm a little late but I am so happy that we won this fight. Last week I called both of my the senators who are for the bills and gave them a piece of my mind and let my representative who is against SOPA and PIPA know that I support him. Thanks everyone for standing up for this!
