I would suggest you go over her husbandry w/ us and her diet--

Well like I mentioned, it could possibly be husbandry and we'd be more than happy to go over yours with you to rule it out.

Specifically -
What are you using for a uvb bulb?
What is the distance of it to the basking site?
What are your tank temperatures? Specifically the basking surface temp and the cool side temp?
What are you measuring your temps with?
What does her daily diet look like? Quantities too please.
Any supplements?

You won't always feel the eggs, so it doesn't necessarily confirm she isn't gravid. But it would have confirmed that she was if you felt them LOL.
