Just let him be. Don't stress him out too much. You can be calm and try to pick him up. If you can't do it, don't force it.

Ok I just fed him some crickets and a meal worm he seems quite happy but I will try to bathe him a bit later.
Is that ok?

Don't freak out too much about it. The bath just makes him more comfy. You can try to trick him into coming out of the viv. Just don't be scared. Go in there like you're supposed to and you aren't afraid of him.

How can I trick him?
And does shedding hurt?
Also, I have a new tattoo. Will it frighten him because its on my hand? :?

Shedding is a bit like a human sunburn. The new skin is raw and the old skin is tight on the beardie. So it is painful. Water from a bath loosens it up.

You can put some food outside of the tank and see if it will interest him into going to it.

I have a large tattoo on my arm and it shouldn't matter.

But I cant put food outside the tank because the tank is on a fairly high desk :\
Should I put food in my palm and wait for him to come in?

Sure. You can pinch it in your fingers and see if he will take it. Just be friendly with him.
