My baby beardies tail had a retained shed about 3 weeks ago and it recently looked like it went but now the end of his tail feels gooey and looks a bit orange, what do I do?

Have you been giving him regular baths? Is the tip of the tail flexible or hard? If you could post a picture that would help.
