Toxic insect list for beardies below if you want to check, I think one should be ok even if it's on the list.
It does mention to keep them well hydrated and to keep their heat correct to aid digestion after consumption.

Also any chance it could be a black soldier fly, do you feed the dragon calci/Phoenix worms. They have a habit of hiding and then turning from larvae into the fly whilst in the tank and are fine for dragons.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
