I don't know for sure what his weight is right now, some ***** dropped my gram scale :shock: (as in me)! He's a hefty boy! I need to get a new scale, they don't bounce well on hard kitchen floor! OOPS! I would guess him to be in the 500 to 550 gram range. He's certainly not lacking for food! He sheds almost constantly now too! It's hard to get a pic without some part of him in shed!

:shock: Geez Lilly has not hit 500 yet (okay well she hit it but then lost it) and she is 13 months old!

He is a piggy! He eats large dubia (1 inch to 1 and 1/4 inch), 5 to 8 at a time. :shock: His head is really starting to get huge! Big triangle! He has such a belly on him! LOL When I come into the room in the morning or after work I always say "Hi my fat, handsome boy!"

When Gizmo woke up today I forgot how heavy and Strong he was! :shock: I need to weight him. But you are doing a great job Sandy!

Gizmo is a big boy too. He's pretty bulky as well. Now, I'm am estimating at 500 to 550 gm since the scale got dropped a few weeks ago. The last weigh-in for him he was pushing 485gm. and that was a few weeks ago, and he is growing so fast, approx 3/4 to 1 inch per week, and he's filling out so I'm positive he's topped 500gm easy. He will eat pretty much anything I offer him, he's not picky and doesn't care who's watching! LOL I also started using a bigger bowl/lid for his salads and he usually plows through the whole bowl.

Sandy he was a lot bigger a year ago but he went through parasites and had a hard time eating anything. He really only likes greens and an occasional super. But he holds his weight.

He looks really healthy after just waking up. Tail base is looking nice and thick! He seems to have bounced back pretty well from being treated for the parasites. He's quite the handsome fella!

Thanks Sandy. He is one of the strongest beardies I have ever had or felt! When you pick him up he just about cuts the circulation off in your hand! :shock:

Today Assassin gave his first black-bearded display in response to one of our adult females. Assassin was out of the viv, sitting on his favorite perch (my shoulder) and my hubby took Mae out of her viv. When Assassin saw Mae, he jumped to the corner of the couch (about 6 inches from me sitting at my desk) blackened his beard and began head bobbing and stomping his foot like a fool! Absolutely Hilarious! He continued the headbobbing, stomping and blackbearding for about half an hour (even though Mae had been put back in her viv). Then, for the next few hours, he would headbob every 10 or 15 minutes (even after his beard was back to it's regular reds/oranges). He kept this up until it was bed time. Like a little kid who learns a new word and repeats it over and over, he learned to do a big boy headbob and repeated it over and over and over... LOL

Hi Sandy! I have no idea how I've missed your thread!! Assasin is quite handsome! He's a heavy boy too, Mojo is 18 1/2 inches and weighs almost 370...How old is he??

He is 18 and 1/2 inches today and will be 5 months old on Jan 23rd. He's huge for his age and has figured out that he is bigger than the girls! And, according to the new gram scale that I picked up, he is 532gm! He's a piggy! He also has German Giant from both parents, so he's going to be a monster once full grown.

Liz, yes, he really is geting to be a big boy!
