I was bathing my beardie today and noticed this on him. I've never noticed them before did they recently develop due to him reaching adulthood or something? Otherwise he seems to be in perfect shape.

Yup, those are femoral pores. They have probably been there/developing for some time, but you just happened to finally notice them. Maybe they are a bit "opened" up today and very visible.
