Arcadia 12%

hi ive just ordered an Arcadia 12% and i was wondering if i dust the crickets with calcium or should i use calcium with d3, thanks for any help offered

Are you using Nutrabol ?
I know that with the Arcadia you will need with d3

yeah i use Nutrabol 3 times a week and that has d3 in, i also use a pure calcium powder on the other days

Frosty, jus doing my job, Ma'am . Yes nutrabol is a multivitamin, so you will need the cal with d3 5 days a week, and the nutrabol 2 days a week for a baby to adolescent. As an adult, only 2 and 2 of each.
