anyone ever purchase a cage from customcages

I read bad reviews of this place giving out bad cages or not giving out the cage/refund or responding at all.

I sent an email to customcages to ask about some of his cage parts. I wanted to buy some of his 3" vents but I never got a reply back. I ended up finding them at a local hardware store for about 1/4 the price. I did complete the build of my 4'x2'x2' cage that looks exactly like the customcage viv and I'm pretty happy with it. I'll be building a second one in the next couple of months.
