Yes, a 3 year old beardie, who is at least 16" can have 2" superworms
As with any new feeder being introduced for the first time... only give a few and see how your beardie does with them.

He is old enough/big enough for supers, start slow. Smaller, younger dragons and babies however, shouldn't be fed large supers because, until they reach 16 inches, they have a slight bend in their intestinal tract, and shell particles/debris can get stuck there, causing blockage or impaction. So, go ahead and give your beardie some supers, they love them and he/she is big enough, just start slow, and I wouldn't use them as a daily staple, a few times a week is best.

oh he eats 5 1 inch supers so im gonna try to move him to 2 inch
