If you have lots of breeders, then be prepared for lots of enclosures indeed. We keep several types of "adult" enclosures.
We keep our adult males in tanks at least 55 gallon in size individually. Our females are kept in home made enclosure that are 5 ft wide, 3 foot deep, and 3 foot high. We stack two of these enclosures on top of one another. Since they open from the front, they are easily accessed with a small step ladder
We have multiple levels in those enclosures and at least two large basking areas as well as multiple hides and feeding areas. We keep three adult females per enclosure.
Those females who are either not age appropriate or too submissive/dominate are kept in individual tanks of at least 40 gallon size. When our females are gravid and near laying date, we give them an individual enclosure that houses a "lay bin". We also maintain quarentine tanks (which are really just large rubbermaid tubs) for sick or dragons under observation.
