90Gallon Tank Backgrounds?????

I can't seem to find a background that is big enough for my 90 gallon tank.
Anyone know where to get them???????

We have a 4x2x2 and I know what you mean.
We found some wallpaper (without paste) borders and small mural designs we really like. The one we want is only 20 high...but I think we can make it work with paint above it.

The only thing is they can be $$ :shock: The one we gotta have is $54! LOL We love it so much that we are saving for it.

I also went to the art dept. at Michaels...could also go to Hobby Lobby or another art store, and found some GREAT pics/paintings that would work. Some could be cut down to size w/o losing the main pic.

I plan to take it in and have it cold laminated....I will put a velcro strip on it and on the wall of our viv so that we can easily change it if we ever want/need to.

Another thing...do you have a nice camera? I have a nice one and also considered taking a photo with a wide lense of somewhere cool in our town and taking it in to a pro developer and enlarging it.

Just a few ideas I had to come up with b/c of the same problem. Let us know if you find something!

... Are you any goood at painting? I've painted backgrounds right onto the back of aquariums with acrylic hobby paint! Its pretty fun to do, and you can just wash it or scrape it off when you are sick of it. I've only done this with 10 gals though, nothing as big as a 90 gal LOL!

(But if you paint it on and it somehow becomes permanent, I'm not responsible for it... :wink: It washed off of my tank, but paint at your own risk!)

i just recently took my petstore background down and replaced it with pics from my 2010 dragon calendar...looks awesome! You could try something like that too...find some dragon pics or some other theme.
