6 month old constantly scratching

When my adult scratches i let him out.
is she wanting out just as he is?

i have a leash for her, should i let her out?

maybe, there is no reason why you can't let her out too.

One of my beardies scratches to come out when he needs a poo! He doesn't like to do it in his viv so i have to quickly run him a bath!

i am so hesitant of letter her out cause she cost me 250 dollars and i am much more worried about it, to be honest. she is the type to run off.

Make sure you have her on a leash and don't let her out of your sight! She will be fine I'm sure.

I have let both my beardies out of their viv from about 3months old and nothing has ever happened to either of them.

Well its sorta like saying I bought a really exspensive toy and I am not going to play with it. Beardies enjoy to be let out and its not common that beardies get away. And if they do its because the owner was being reckless.

Well its nerves and the newness.
I will of course let her out, but we are taking our time.
Right now its just bath time and a min hold.
She still isn't fond of me yet.

Yah I understand what you mean, but if you want to increase the time spent with her being fone of you then I would increase snuggle time. But the more you handle right now because she is big enough is probably the better in the long run because she can become comfortable with you.

Go sit in a dry tub with her for awhile, that way she can run around and at the same time she gets used to you. Also she can't get away. That is what I used to do when I first got mine and she was not fond of me. She hated the cold tub so she would climb up on me as I was warmer.
