2 year old beardie's beard looks swollen/drooping

In the last week or so one of our bearded dragons' beard has started to seem inflamed and drooping. Any ideas on what this could be? Temps and lighting are all good.

It's middle age spread
He look fine in those pics, o think the correct name for it is dolap. All of them have it and the heavier the beardie the more noticeable on my experience.

How old is your dragon?
Their beards & heads widen & mature as they get
older & reach full development.
He looks completely normal to me, very handsome!
