what u can do is give a couple of super worms soaked in olive oil , i also did that for mine and thats the only way to get him to take the olive oil could not resist the super worm, thats how i got him to go, has he been eating , how long has it been now no poop

I had the same problem with my bearded, didn't go for like a week, feed him some wax worms soaked with olive oil, and soaked in warm water while rubbing his belly gently,put him back in his cage and 15 min later presto what a dump.

When in doubt! Throw it out! whats a little stain on some slate, you can always wash it clean, and have no worries about the goop u want to use.don't take the chance.

sounds like u need to get an air-conditioner for the room, that might help! :blob5:

you can change to the reptisun 10.0 tube , i have never had any problems with them and u will have a clearer conscience , I have heard to many complaints about the compacts never any about the tube fluorescents. thats all i use.

You can try a small cooling fan that is used to cool saltwater light fixtures, I used one on my enclosure , put it on top of the cool side and works like an exhaust fan. will cool the tank by 5 to 10 degrees, worked for me! this is what i had it also has a probe to put in the tank to adjust...

In my opinion, in such a large tank u need some extra UVB lighting, my tank is 24" tall and with the fixtures in place brings them down to about 21" the amount of uvb the bearded dragon receives is no where near the amount that they truly get in there natural environment. And if u need more...
