Hi guys, why does my beardie always run up and down his cage for about half hour strraight, i feed him, let him run around out his cage and give him water but he still decides to keep doing it. Is it to entertain himself or what? Really odd behaviour.

Hi thanks for your reply... Currently i have no night heat but i do have a cermaic bulb i could put in if needs be to put out some heat at night. The tube light is repti-sun 10.0 the hot side of the viv is about 95 degress too 105 degrees the cold side is usually about 60-70 Cheers

why is my beardie always black when hes not basking, when hes basking hes normall colour, i have the right temps i feed him the right amount he had a reptisun 10.0 florescent tube. 4ftx2ftx2ft viv, is this just his personality because ive never seen just a black beard his body is black all over.

how come my beardie only has 10 crix a day he is 5 months old and has medium crix, hes a big fat beardie and theres people going on about feeding 50 a day ?? i dont get it

My beardies basking temp can reach up to 112F, he is quite close to the basking bulb (about 5 inches) But i cant move the bulb higher, ive tried my best but it wont go, is there any chances of him burning himself. Ohh also he cant actually touch the bulb...

Lol same i just had some spare sprouts from my roast dinner so i thought i would peel it appart and give him some and he loves it, never seen him go so mentle over food,even over live food !
