    Any ideas on pooping habits?

Hey, it's been awhile since I've posted, but I'm still here-mostly just lurking and reading what other people post. I've had something come up and just wanted to see what people thought. My dragon, Kaiju, is not wanting to poop in his viv. Started just before Christmas. We left him at home...

Buying BD sunday how much of what each day?????

When I first got my beardie (12.5 weeks), I offered large plate of veggies in the morning and about 50-75 Phoenix worms in the evening. He's now a happy healthy 500+g 20" long 1.5 yr old.

2009 Bearded Dragon Calendar preview A

Great job on the calendar, I can't wait to see Version B. I can tell you took a lot of time getting the calendar together. I do have to say WAY TO GO! for the owners taking such amazing shots of their beardies. That's great that there was enough for two calendars.

    what should the temp be?

Hey OP, I'm a lazy dude myself. I got a digital timer from Target (like $10). You just plug in the lights and set the times and you never have to worry about forgetting to turn them on or off....it's great. Just a thought.

    Calendar Shoot Photos

See, that's what I said too, but my wife said NOOOO, use the last two. I got no personality, but who knows...I mean, they're nice, but the 3rd one is my fave, followed of course by the 1st. That closeup really turned out well I thought.

    Calendar Shoot Photos

Any thoughts? These were some of my better shots from the beardie calendar shoot. Only time will tell if any were good enough for a cover shot...

    Shedding Concern!?

Tomorrow its said to be 20 Degrees and sunny, so we'll see how accurate that ends up being...If so, outside he goes with me. I am curious here, because maybe I was misinterpreting as well, but this poster might be using Celcius as temperature measurement (as much of Canada does), so the...

    New to the forums

Invest in a light timer, you can get them for 5-10 dollars at stores like WalMart and Target. That should help with lighting changes.

    Say hi CALI

Good luck with the dragon. Rescues are hard, but having a big heart helps.

    Hello

Welcome to the site! When I was looking for one, my wife wasn't into it either. I took her to a shop to look at em and she was able to hold one and that helped her along. You might try something like that. Oh, my wife also thought the little spikes on the edge of their bodies were real, so...

New Dragon owner, adopted a dragon that was poorly cared for

Most of the veggies you're looking for can be found at any local supermarket or farmers market. They tend to be pretty cheap, depending on how much you need. Do make sure you chop the veggies down to size, I have yet to see mine do any sort of tearing in an attempt to make something the pieces...

New to the board and I already need help...

I dunno about the pinkies, even though your guy is a little bit older, those are sometimes bad for them (hard to digest). You might try posting in the FEEDING section to get more responses. As far as bonding, try to bathe your beardie and then wrap them somewhat loose in a towel. Place them and...
