Does this look normal?

I have never noticed this on my little guy before and I was just wondering if this looks normal, or if it’s like lose skin if he’s losing weight and needs to be fed more. It almost looks like he has boobs

Ok well that’s great to know I slowly started seeing them appear and that I got a good look when he was standing like that and I was confused
