I don't see the shed - do you have a green mesh hammock or braided hammock in the tank?

Ok I am thinking he has gotten it caught and sprained it - we see this all the time- please get a cloth or fleece hammock - www.etsy.com or www.pamperedbeardies.com
Are you using a coil or long tube fixture for the uvb? Basking surface temps should be taken w/ a digital probe thermometer- they are the most accurate and for hammocks as basking spots

It's going to heal on its own - she needs a good uvb - no coils - and good surface basking temps-- those are critical for health -

Hello,

I agree, it should heal up with no problem. They do tend to get their nails caught & then
rip it free & get it injured that way. Keep an eye on the area to be sure it doesn't get worse.
Are there any other toes/fingers that are swollen?

No, its just the one claw the others are fine. Thank you for informing me i'll keep an eye on her more now.

Yeah, shes doing better the base of her toe is starting to get smaller and it seems the swelling is slowly going away. Thank you.

Terrific, that's great her toe is starting to get better. It just takes time but hopefully soon she will
be back to normal.
